Do you accept insurance, Medicare or Medicaid?

At this time we are not set up to accept Insurance, Medicare or Medicaid payments.

What is your Standard Shipping Method?

If the item(s) are 13 oz or under we ship USPS First Class Mail with tracking. If the package is over 13 oz we ship by USPS Priority Mail. When we ship this way, the shipping is always FREE. If you request a different form of shipment such as overnight or signature required, we will charge you a small upcharge to cover the additional cost.

Do you ship internationally?

Our products are only available for shipment within the United States and Puerto Rico. Due to many problems and cost, we do not ship internationally.

Are your payments secure when you purchase through Trusted Medical Supply.com?

Yes, we use a major shopping cart that has SSL encryption which is the most secure method of online shopping. All of our orders are processed through PayPal or a secure Merchant Processor.

When shopping online, you may have seen pictures or boxes that say “Not for Retail Sale” or “Mail Order Box”. What does this mean?

There are 5 types of boxes sold:

• USA Retail – These boxes are found in stores

• Mail Order – These boxes are for mail order companies.

• Health Plan – These boxes are for insurance companies.

• Professional – These boxes are for healthcare professionals

• DME – These boxes are for durable medical equipment suppliers.

All contain the EXACT same product, but carry different prices. We reserve the right to substitute box types as long as the product is functionally the same, as above. We also reserve the right to substitute two boxes of 50 count for one 100 count box, or vice versa.

Though the picture of the product you see could be a standard retail box, the item you receive in the mail might say “Mail Order Box” or “Health Plan Box” or “Not For Retail Sale”.Please be assured you received the EXACT same product as retail.

How long is the average dating on your test strips?

Our test strips have expiration dates that are at least six months out unless otherwise noted.  We do have a section entitled clearance where we offer shorter dated items at substantial discounts.

How can I get a copy of my sales receipt?

We enclose a sales receipt in the shipment. To request an additional copy, e-mail us at support@trustedmedicalsupply.com or call us at (888) 258-0270.

What forms of payments do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Orders can be returned/exchanged within 7 days of shipping date. The product must still be sealed and the product must be in perfect condition. We do not pay postage for products that are returned. You can cancel your order as long as it has not shipped out; however, since we ship very quickly I suggest that you call (888) 258-0270 as soon as you can to see if we can stop the shipment.

We sell diabetic supplies at a large discount. Because Diabetic Testing Manufacturers will not sell directly to small companies like ours; we leave the product responsibility with the manufacturer. This is common practice in our industry. Diabetic Testing Manufacturers (Abbott, Bayer, Lilly, etc.) all prefer to support their own medical products, due to the sensitive nature of their business, quality control, and product liability. If there is a manufacturer’s defect in your discount glucose test strips or any of our products, we will provide you with the manufacturer’s phone number.

We are NOT health care professionals. We cannot give any advice to the effectiveness of products, frequency, or delivery of any product we sell. We are only responsible for delivery of diabetic supplies; any claims to the potency or ineffective nature, or inaccurate results must be resolved by the Manufacturer.

Do I need a prescription to shop at Trusted Medical Supply?

All our products can be purchased without a prescription.

Do you have a Doctor / Nurse / Pharmacist, etc. on staff?

No. We are NOT health care professionals. We cannot give any advice to the effectiveness of products, frequency, or delivery of any product we sell.

We are only responsible for delivery of diabetic supplies, any claims to the potency or ineffective nature, or inaccurate results must be resolved by the Manufacturer of the product.

If there is a product that I use but it is not on the site, can Trusted Medical Supply order it for me?

There is a good chance that we can. Please email us support@trustedmedicalsupply.com or call (888)258-0270 and we will do our best to help you find your product at a very good price.

Do you Share Email and Personal Info?

WE DO NOT SHARE EMAIL ADDRESSES, OR PERSONAL INFO. If you sign up for our newsletter we send emails with special deals to customers on a regular basis and allow for easy opt-out.

You are not an authorized distributor, vendor, reseller, etc etc etc…?

On March 9, 1998, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of hair-care distributors and consumers: In a unanimous ruling, the U.S. Supreme Court, 118 S.Ct. 1125 (1998), found that once a lawful sale of a copyrighted item has occurred, the Copyright Act’s prohibition against unauthorized distribution is inapplicable to a domestic or foreign distributor who decides to resell the item in venues other than those intended by the manufacturer.

In the court’s opinion: “Once the copyright owner places a copyrighted item in the stream of commerce by selling it, he has exhausted his statutory right to control its distribution.” Long live the USA!
